libpynac-dev software package provides Engine for symbolic geometric calculus for Python (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpynac-dev
libpynac-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpynac-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpynac-dev *
You will get with libpynac-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
